the background looks really cool ^__^ Though I don't like the red text, it stands out too much on the blue background... maybe light blue or something would work better...

the background colours are very nice, and I like the blending of the colours in the sky, though I wish the silhouettes didn't have that outer glow...

Enma Ai! I like the red with the black/white, it matches her eyes ^^
I like the details you put in the eyes and mouth, though I think the shapes defining her nose could be darker so you can see it better XD Also, it was like that in the scan, but I find her neck too thin and long, which makes her head look kinda big and unstable XD

such a bright wall XD the shirt is very cute.
I wish it has sharper outlines though, esp for the arms, as they kind of melt into the background on my monitor. Also, her smile looks kind of weird, being so big of an U (tall and thin), it's a bit unnaturall ^^; maybe a wider smile would look more natural. Lastly, I think you forgot eyebrows >__<

Funky style, I like the colours you've used =D The text looks alright, though I think the blue ones on the left looks too boring being vertically lined up like that (I like how the right side is curved and more flowy)... since you used a radiating thing on the left, I think it'd be cool if you made the text kind of radiating out from Sakura as well.
The scan itself is high-quality, so you can get away with not vectoring it, but the lines are kind of sketchy in style, so looks a bit weird with all the sharp background elements; so maybe vectoring Sakura to make the lines cleaner would help integrate the foreground and background better.

the hair looks awesome, and I like the texture on the walls. I just feel that the shadow is a bit too sharp and dark though, especially considering the shading on her doesn't have that much contrast (implying soft lighting instead of bright lighting)...
